We are immediately hiring for:

Mechanics: Experienced, detail oriented mechanics who take pride in their work and work area and maintain high standards. The people who buy bikes and service from us depend on their equipment: It has to be right. Hourly pay and bonuses are commensurate with your experience and reflect a wage higher than the regional average. Qualified mechanics with assembly and repair experience start today at $12-15 per hour depending on experience and availability with room for raises and advances. Our new, expanded shop area has its own refrigerator and is seperate from customer service areas on the second floor. This is your chance for an office with a window! We need the following mechanical help:

Service Manager: Administers the service area, plans repairs, orders repair parts for bicycles, maintain work area and tool inventories, maintains spare parts inventories and helps manage other mechanics. This is a full time, non-seasonal position.

Assemblers: Mechanics experienced in quality bicycle assembly, esepcially road and triathlon. This is seasonally full time and will go to part time during winter. Excellent for students with flexible hours including outside of business hours.

Sales and Customer Service: Interacting with our customers and learning and conducting bike fit and positioning. This is the backbone of our company and we maintain high standards and offer excellent compensation. This is a learning and doing opportunity. Hourly pay and bonuses are commensurate with your experience and reflect a wage higher than the regional average.

Internet Sales, Order Processing and Order Fullfilment: The area of most rapid growth. Join us as we continue to expand in the newest area of our business. We need self-starting persons with excellent attention to detail and familiarization with UPS shipping and computer skills. A knowledge of cycling and triathlon equipment is important along with the willingness to develop and expand these skills. Hourly pay and bonuses are commensurate with your experience and reflect a wage higher than the regional average. Excellent telephone skills are important.
